Revenga Smart Solutions (RSS), a global company specialized in end-to-end solutions for the Transport, Telecommunications and Security sectors, will attend InnoTrans 2018 (Hall 22, Stand 706), the world’s largest trade show for transportation technology, to be held in Berlin from September the 18th to the 21st.
At the Fair, RSS will premiere CiberTrack, its railway network protection system against cyber-attacks, and will as well feature RailRox, a revolutionary ultra-efficient level crossing protection system.
With CiberTrack, RSS provides the industry with a significant railway safety contribution, since the solution offers a new and unprecedented level of security against cyber-attacks, having been certified to the highest international standards and supporting the differential capability of managing two algorithms simultaneously. The premiere of CiberTrack is especially relevant because it becomes the first encryption solution that is fully adapted to the needs of railway operators. It´s also timely due to the increasing global concern about potential cyber-attacks on critical infrastructures.
CiberTrack, certified to the Common Criteria Standards by Spain´s National Encryption Center, is compact, robust, adaptable, versatile and easy to integrate within any network. Additionally, its implementation on IPSec protocol makes the system compatible with other off-the-shelf solutions currently in the market and, as a result, easy to integrate with legacy IP systems in use by the operator.
RSS will also feature RailRox at InnoTrans 2018. RailRox, RSS´s revolutionary level crossing protection system 100% designed and manufactured in-house, uses radio based connections to link the detection and caution components, such as pedals or signals, and the level crossing. As a result, the solution eliminates the need for civil works and wiring between them, reducing the cost, complexity, and time required for its deployment. Additionally, the low power consumption of the system allows the use of solar energy, minimizing as a result the cost of laying a service connection to the local power grid. All of the RailRox components, including all of the radio communications, are certified as SIL-4, the highest level of functional safety.
Finally, attendants to RSS´s stand will be introduced to AGUTERM and RailXcan. AGUTERM, RSS´s best-selling proprietary point heater system, is an industry reference that has been installed by operators around the globe. RailXcan is the company´s integrated, real time rolling stock condition monitoring wayside platform. The system collects the information regarding the train elements that could affect normal service operation. RailXcan is very comprehensive, enabling the integration into a single integrated solution of the Dragging Equipment Checking System (DECS), Hot Axle Bearing Detector, Clearance Gauge Checking System, Pantograph Checking System, Wheel impact load detector/Flat Wheel Detector and Weigh in Motion, Wheel Measurement system, VMS (Video Monitoring system) and Others such as RHTM, ABD, SFD, or OFD.
